VEGETABLE AND CHEES BURGER

Ingredients

carrot 2 grated

potato 2 boiled n grated

capsicum 1 grated

green peas 1/2 katori boiled n mashed

cabbage 1/2 katori boiled n mashed

salt to taste

black pepper to taste

Cooking Method

mix all ingredients n distrbute in 4 balls or tikkis n shallow fry on a nonstick till light red in colour now toast the burger bun on the tawa n apply tomato ketchup and place the tiki between the halves
